Hacking Question Question for someone with SX OS Pro and that bought OS during wait for pro

My pro is still on pre-order status so have not been able see the device or use it. I did go ahead and buy OS only and install it during my wait. And am wondering how the pre-loaded license works on Pro device.

I was wondering since I already have license can I get license off PRO device? Or with having OS already installed will that Pro license be wasted as soon as I use device to boot switch.

I haven't heard so far, that you just can extract the license key of the dongle. So I think that the license from the SX OS Pro is useless for you. However, you can use the dongle with the SX OS license which you have already activated on your console.

I am wondering this also due to my own impatience on waiting for despatch info on my sx pro (finally got a tracking number today) I bit the bullet and purchased an OS license a few days ago and unwilling to use it on the other switch with a number of purchased eshop games on it etc
