Noo he mean the ntr to gateway converter cuz flare made it so u could get the ntr code to put in the the plugin your self. Btw the plugin is 10 dollars PayPal or you can buy a prepaid card

how.. you either buy a gateway that costs £80 / $80 or buy the gateshark converter for £10 / $10. You can't say it's wrong if people
requested one so.. You're in the wrong, make a converter it took most of my friends 6 hrs to make and most of them are still improving the
converters now to make them user friendly

You do realize that those exchange rates are not equal... 10GBP does NOT equal 10USD. 10GBP actually equals 13USD (plus gateway costs £55 and about $70 which is still actually cheaper than the UK versions)

we're 2 different people and that's not advertising I'm just alerting people that if they felt like it, they can get the g2ntr converter I not saying to them that my friend made it I just saying that my friend is selling one I'm not trying to get people to go to him and ask just letting people know :/ #kids and their silly drama acts

No, you have to convert the codes yourself or buy a gateway to ntr converter my friend flare made one, why don't you buy it of him

Instead advised him to buy a converter, you just can gave him a free option like this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-gateshark2ntr.436504/ or this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ntr-plugin-manager.457613/ which doing the exact same thing as your friend's did.

Wait, so ntr not needed anymore? And does that mean we can edit the codes freely from 3ds now? Is there any txt editor available for 3ds? This is my first time hearing about this ctr plugin thing.

Hmm, CTRPluginFramework is on the form of a plugin for NTR, so you still need NTR.
The Action Replay part isn't available already, but it's in work.
