Hacking Question concerning Genesis Emu

Hey, i've got my hands on the genesis emulator for the homebrew loader. That version supports the menacer now but sadly I can't get it to work with Lethal Enforcers II. Any thoughts? Ideas on why it doesn't work? I'd love to play that game with the wiimote.

Lethal Enforcers 1 & 2 make use of the Justifier, which is a different gun, apparently not yet emulated (is there ANY genesis emulator that emulates it btw ??? never got the mouse working with those games on Kega or Gens)

That'd be a very interesting thing to plan in a near future in you ask me.

Most systems have obscure or difficult to emulate accessories.

Though the enforcer has been emulated aswell as the superscope. I don't see how the justifier could be any different.

different hardware = different emulation required, that's all

as a simple example, the menacer had 4 buttons, justifier lightguns had only 2 and you could connect a second lightgun into the first one, I'm sure the protocol used is completely different from one to another

and the fact it is available in a snes emulator means nothing for genesis emulators, this is just not the same console hardware/interface


PS: just looked into genplus CVS, it seems justifier support via wiimote is on the way... yeah

and same for snes9x... Yeah bis
