Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a little hardware project I've been working on recently. I managed to build a completely battery-free Amiibo emulator using an cw32 mcu.
Instead of relying on a coin cell or internal battery, it works entirely without one! By utilizing wireless energy harvesting and load modulation, it draws power directly from the NFC field.
Here are the main specs:
- 100% Battery-free (No charging required)
- 4 Amiibo emulation slots (Planning to expand to 16 slots in future update)
I'm still refining the hardware design and code, but it's fully functional. I'll share a GitHub link once the code is cleaned up and organized.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or any suggestions for improvement. Feel free to ask any questions!
