Hacking Question about Wii/Gc backups along side WiI U formatted drive

Curious to know if it is possible to have Wii and Gamecube backups on the same hdd as a Wii U formatted drive as of yet.

Through partitioning and stealthing the fat32 section maybe?

I have a 1tb portable and it seems such a waste of space with (IMO) the handful of exclusive titles worth playing.

That, and the fact that it's a pain in the arse to switch drives

It's the only thing keeping me from "starting through" as well.
