ROM Hack Question about rxTools and SD cards

So I already have rxTools installed
the SD card I have it on is pretty small (4GB) and can barely hold a game
I'm planning on getting a new one
when I get a new one, can I just rename the SD card, format it to FAT32, and drag all the files from my old SD card onto my new SD card?

I believe when you create the emunand it creates an emunand partition so its not so straight forward. I found this thread pertaining a dump. https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-dump-the-emunand-partition.358913/

2. download EmuNAND tool
3. Plug your SD card in your computer
4. run EmuNAND tool
5. Click on Dump EmuNAND

I used this guide here to transfer from a 4GB to 8GB and finally to my current 32 GB (which honestly is more than enough space for every game I wanted so far)
