Also, im wondering, can you install Wii U titles which are released onto the wii u?

Like with 3DSs and installing .cias on a customer film wared ds!~

Any help welcome im quite a noob with 3ds so a welcoming guide is welcomed!

Not yet, unfortunately, mostly because there's not enough access for it to be prevalent, you can install updates and system titles but no game titles, and even then you need ARM kernel access to be able to dump discs to get the cert and ticket from them (which is possible but all 5something people who can do it are anonymous)

Nope, it's really just scene releases, here's a really old thread, you can usually find newer games from the same people (EG ABSTRAKT European releases for Smash and Splatoon)
