Hardware Question about faulty switch

Hello friends.

I bought a faulty V1 vulnerable switch it won’t turn on.

I check the BQ, MT and P1USB and they are perfect, no shortcuts.

But I found one cap on short and the short come and go randomly.

I removed the cap and the short it’s still there. Anyone know where can the short come?

The APU warms when I try to turn on the switch so it still work
