Homebrew Question about dumping/installing dumps

So, I have one copy of pokemon ultra sun, and I think my dad may like the game, but again, only one cartridge and I don't wanna screw with my save data, so I've been wondering if I could dump US onto my dad's 3ds and install it there... but would that trigger Nintendo's anti piracy system if they both went online at the same time? Or if the tried to trade? I don't wanna risk getting a banned or bricked 3ds just so my dad can play a game that he MAY like..

Just for context, saying my dad doesn't understand tech is an understatement, so I modded him and I's 3dses, his is an old launch model 3ds, and mine is an old xl.

I'm more so concerned with if it would have any negative effects on the console or cartridge by running the same game online from 2 different consoles at the same time

It won't register as being two of the same copy. 3DS carts don't have identifying serials in the ROMs. (Very recent releases may have them, though)
