Hacking Question about CFW and emuNAND updates

Currently I'm running RXtools 3.0 on emuNAND 10.3.0-28U and each time Nintendo releases an update I'm hesitant to update my emuNAND before I check to see if other users have done it. Is there any way that future updates could break functionality of CFW or am I worried over nothing?

If they added new encryption, yeah.
Like N3DS is limited to 9.5 emunand

Interesting, I have an o3DS so I did not know that about the new 3DS. Seems like a hardware feature, not a feature of the firmware itself since o3DS still works fine with emuNAND on the latest firmware. You would think that if Nintendo could block CFW on o3DS, they probably would have done it by now?

The fact that they haven't found a way yet doesn't guarantee that they won't find a way in the future...
