Homebrew [Question]_RXTools

Hi guys,

First off, sorry about my crappy English and i don't know if this is the right place for me to post this threat.
I used Rxtools to play my 3Ds, but recently, it seems like the site is down (like...for a whole month already). I don't know if it was my fault for not updating or something, so i just wanna ask.
And another thing, if the site's really down, then could you guys suggest for another homebrew or anything solution

I wonder why Plailect's guide isn't written in Arial 24 on top of every page yet :\
