It didn't have anything on it just provided the game, update, and dlc and I can't even search "DLC" since it is too short.
Try searching for dlc with "" included. I do not have an answer for your actual question though. Sorry lol

Nothing.... so I guess the real question is. Is there anyway to download and use the DLC or is that not possible yet until we have iosu?
Just merge the data, content, and code files from the update with the game. Then merge the DLC with the game (or merge it with the new patch folder from the update).

Ah so I would need to download the game as well? I own a personal copy.
Oh I thought this was for loadiine, I think you can just put the patch folder from the dlc inside your sd card number folder (assuming you know how smash mods work).

Ah ok I'll try that out if not I will just rip my copy and try the other way you said.

although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)

@BakerMan, I think you're talking about the recovery mode that the SaveMii used, and also was to restore softbricked systems.

If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.

and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
