Hardware Purple 3DS Firmware

Hi,

Does anyone know what firmware a typical brand new North American purple 3DS will come with these days? I'm planning to sell my blue ambassador unit on firmware 6.2 and use the proceeds towards a new one with <4.5 to be used with Gateway.

When I bought one, it came with the 4.3 US firmware.... Around there at least. But, the variable can easily be changed due to where you live.
