Hardware Psu ps3 slim cech-2104a

Hello.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Just now i buy from a secondhand site a ps3 slim with above serial number that only give power but when i start it, it close after kind of 1 second.
Now i was try to change the power suply from one of my old ps3 to this one and start a little longer but after close again.

Can it be possible that is the problem about a different cech number and the Psu is not compatible to it?
Is correct that the other one have another serial number or can it be another problem with this ps3?

Also i tried to put the psu right now to my other working ps3 and did not work there.

If ps3 housing have damage = only hardvare repair. Your console have this steps? - when you put plug in ac = red light on power button, then you pres button - green light and light off, another press power - red light again. If yes - or hardware problem (rsx/cell needed to reball) or software problem (try do tristate point to gnd).
Anyway psu not unique if console have 5v and 12v and current not less than orig psu it will be work
