Considering that there's multiple versions of some emulators that differ in features and compatibility and that some of the emulators also need BIOS files you'll need to stick in yourself anyways, I'm not adding a pack (somebody else may).

Have you messed with the display settings themselves? I haven't had an issue getting any game to work, even Super Mario RPG works fine (although their is slowdown in high action areas).

I go to the "load cheat file" option, browse to the .cht file and return to the cheat menu and it still says "no cheats loaded".
