Yes there is....does it play any games well enough to be acceptable....No.

JCPSP is pretty much the only emulator that will even play retail games. Not well, but it can!

Visit a couple links and you'd have had your answer.

Odds are PSP emulators on PCs won't be able to run even near perfect for a couple years, so your only option is to get another PSP.

I was just seeing if there where any psp emulators i didn't know of and was faster, but it seems like there isn't.
