Gaming psp dillema

i know i probably misspelled the title wrong but that's not the point. i have a psp 1000 and it is hacked but some games i play the psp acts like the analog stick is pushed up but when i play an actual umd psp game it play normal does anyone know whats wrong.

any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

Pull off the anolog stick and clean. Sometimes it seems like that for me too but it's just wear and tear i guess.

It's dilemma

You may have a faulty analog stick due to problems in the contacts you can either:

a)Take off the faceplate and clean the contacts.

b)Use JoySens, a homebrew program that helps a lot in cases like these so the analog doesn't bother you anymore.

i heard of joysens i just couldn't think of it right now im playing prinny1 and ff9 and the problem is some times the prinny will move without the analog stick being moved. with ff9 the item list will skip pages like its being held to the left or right. thanks for the help i will tell you gus how it worked out

I've heard that if you go to the System Settings menu, then go to System Info and start spinning the analog stick (like a lot) in one direction or the either (I cant remember which one) it should calibrate the analog stick.
