I got the game and stayed offline. But question is will I be banned if i go online on release day? Will they know I was playing a week before in spite of being offline this whole time?

This is what I have wondered and here are my thoughts. Even after release day, due to the way the game was dumped you will still be at risk. It all goes back to the version being wiped to 0 instead of the 32 it should have been. It will still throw red flags on Ninty's servers. What I feel is your best bet would be backing up your save using JKSM then deleting the game and reacquiring a proper version after release day when people start dumping retail carts properly. Just my $0.02.

Well I put down for the double pack so I just use the software to transfer the save to my legit card version and delete the digital copy?

That's what I'm doing. I installed Moon with wireless off and never turned it back on. However, when I get my Moon cart I'll just deleted my cia and start over on the cart.

i played online becauxe there are review copies on since we got one in company however seems headers are whitelisted
