I'm looking for some ideas.
I have a PS5 edm-031and only 0.3-0.8 at its 5v rail.
For narrowing down the issue, I open four 5v fuses F7001, F7002, F7003, F7502 and at the 5v mosfet the low reading is still present.
I changed the high side mosfet (AO 6414A), synchronous bug ic (TI 3219A) but no changes.

It was a not propper cap soldered at TI 3219A on ciruit pin 9 and 10. Now it outputs 5.1v like expected.
