PS4 working on all resolutions except 1080p

Hello, when the PS4 is on 1080p it doesn't work (it works with 1080i, 720p and 480p), why ? I already tried on multiple tv, differents HDMI cables and update and reset.

Assuming you already checked the port for damage, there are filters above the HDMI port that can go bad over time, if you have any soldering skills I'd tear it down and check those first. If they all test fine, could be HDMI encoder dying as well.

If you don't have the skills, check around your area for repair shops that do soldering, they'll have seen this plenty of times and should be able to fix it for around $100-$150 or so

thanks for your answer, I will test the filters with a multimeter. If they work properly, does that means, it is the panasonic chip that isn't working ? I have never done soldering but it doesn't seems difficult, is it ?
