PS4 Webkit Exploit Found!

    There has been a new exploit released based off of the webkit exploit on the vita that was released last week this exploit actually works on the PS4 as well. Based off the post I made a few days ago about the PS Vita web-kit exploit(Which can be read here). This uses the same principles of that exploit to hack the PS4. Currently it works on firmware 1.76, as for any other firmware is unconfirmed so I would advise to either upgrade or stay on that firmware if I were you. I guess only time will tell if anything will come of this.

    Great! first a Wii U webkit exploit, then a ps-vita webkit exploit and now a PS4 webkit exploit. Looks like webkit is flawed :P

    Pretty much this.

    Neat exploit, but practically useless for the end users. You're infinitely better off updating and having the ability to actually play future PS4 games than sitting on 1.76 while devs slowly crawl their way through the PS4.
