Hello, I have a PS4 Pro 71XX which has some of the BLOD symptoms. When I power on the PS4 the blue light turns on, steady light, no blinking and after 20 seconds the PS4 turns off. During powering on I can hear a soft click from disc drive, the HDD starts spinning but fan won’t start to spin. The console is quite clean and someone has changed the thermal pastes and pads. I didn't find any signs of rework on the motherboard
I tried a working PSU, but no help. I also tried the motherboard on a working PS4 pro case/chassis without HDD, but no help. I have checked that the fan connector gets 12 V. I also tried the washer fix by placing 1 or 2 washers on the middle of the S-shaped plate.
Do you know if this is one of those usual BLOD cases where the problem is in the APU/RAM/Southbridge solder contacts or could there be some other fault which prevents the fan start to spin? What other troubleshooting could I do?
