Hacking PS4 5.05 - CE 30005-8 (Data Corrupted) HEN/MIRA

Hello,
I've bought a PS4 recently and updated it to 5.05.
After that, I followed a guide online and connected the page with the DNS (108/165 I guess) with the MIRA exploit (HEN wansn't up yet).
I installed some games, like God of War, FighterZ and so on.
They worked pretty well.
I Always used the rest mode set to the minimum time possible, for my PS4 and for the controller.

Now, the problem:
I installed some new games (which I knew for sure were not corrupted, since on my brother's PS4 they work, and I've tried them also on other PS4s) and this error came up:
"DATA CORRUPTED, delete or reinstall the content"
Error code: CE 30005-8

For what I've read online, it should be an HDD problem.
I've initializated my PS4 with complete mode, rebuilt the DB and even made the clean install (with the 900mb file).
It seemed to work.

Now the problem is, after I install like, 3 or 4 games (let's say 100/150 GB of games) the error shows up again.
It doesn't depend on the game.
The first 3 I install work, then no one works.
And If I delete the games installed and install the new ones I want to play, the error still comes up.

I've read that going to DEBUG SETTINGS, Package, Add content, and the option with the "E" (not the delete one) and finding the game and cancelling the "CUSA" file, it should have worked.
I did it, and installed the game back again.
Now the error did not show at the startup, but in the loading of the game.

I've thought of maybe unmounting the HDD and wiping it with my PC.
I mean, is my hard drive corrupted and gone forever (bad sectors, maybe) or I can make it work again, somehow?

I don't get the fact that the game I've already installed work and the new ones don't.
And if I reformat the HDD, the new games (the ones with the error message) work.

I don't know if that will help you, but I had the same issue... in WiiU with external hard drive. It seems happend when the drive is filled by a third (with a third? I don't know how it said in English)
Anyway, the only option which works for me : change hard drive, it is defective, maybe needed more power that the PS4 cannot sent?

It is the official hard drive or another one?

Try to format the HDD by reinstalling ps4 os see if it give you anymore problem. You might gotten a drive with bad sector.

I've tried this but didn't help.
This is why I thought maybe of wiping it with my PC and some external tool and then reinstalling the OS.
I'll try the plug/unplug thing also.
This problem seems common for those who've pur their PS4 in sleep mode with Mira ON
And the only reason that makes me think that the drive is not "corrupted" is that games worked fine (the installed one)
Only the new ones had problems. (It's like, until "i" they work, from "i"+1 they just stop or give errors)

I wanna also say that my PS4 shutdowns sometimes when I start HEN or MIRA (doesn't matter if Vortex or else)

It should be the official one.
I bought this PS4 from a third person (not a store) but it was brand new. (No scratches or any signes of damaged pieces)

I should check the hard drive.

Every package installs just fine, the problem comes when trying to load them
I mean, the first 2/3 games I install work
Then, no one else. The error pops up.

This is the scenario:
I format the PS4
I install A, B, C which install and work fine.
Then, I try to install D which installs and loads, but after a while of loading, the errore appears.

I then try to format the PS4 again.
I install D first.
Now D runs just fine.
I install A and B and they work fine.
I install C and it doesn't work anymore.

It goes randomly (I guess)
Any suggestions?

I had lots of issues with the mirahen and vortex Hen to the point they seemed corrupt my entire system and could only get it working again by wiping the hdd and reinstalling the PS4 OS. Also had issues with it corrupting save games but it didn't corrupt games like you are experiencing. Be weary of rest mode and frequent crashes as they seemed to be the cause of corruption for me. Before my hard drive corrupted my PS4 was in rest mode and wouldn't resume so I had to power cycle it and that's when it died.

EDIT:
For your issue I would either try putting the drive in your pc and formatting if you haven't tried to reinitialize and format through safe mode. If it still gives you issues after formatting with your pc I would say your drive could be physically damaged or has bad sectors.

Are you getting them from the same website? dont link any website here.

I been only using Mira, work fine for me, it might has to do what you installed them with Vortex alone or Mira since Mira is Mira + Vortex Hen.

Try to use one Hen method for installing like only using Vortex Hen 1.6 or Mira alone, Mira would work fine if you dont really use sleep mode. For me I have installed like 13 games but I only installed them with Mira.

Turn Rest mode off completely.

Its also not random at all. Once the drive gets filled bigger than X its where the problem is. It sounds like a bad hard drive. Is it a stock HD or was it a upgraded hard drive?

I've received this error when resuming a suspended application from rest mode.

The game closes and I restart the game like normal. I assume it's because of the kernel exploit, and something in ram it's not recognizing.

So, while rest mode works, I cant suspend my games. Only tried it with one game and I can replicate the issue with it.

Connect the drive to the PC, go to Administrative tools, then computer management , under disk management you should be able to see the drive with a bunch of partitions. You can delete all the partition and reformat it, and then use the recovery file to reinstall PS4 os.

No the games just don't work anymore.
I guess it has to do with something wrong in the hard drive.
I tried initializing, rebuilding the database, installing the OS (The whole OS, from recovery mode) and yet the first games I attemp to install work (doesn't matter the game)
Then, after a certain game (it's not "fixed", it could be the 3rd, 4th and so on) the new ones I install don't work
They just pop up that error.

When I format the disc on PC I should select any particolar system partition? (exFAT, NTFS, ...)

Just curious what games wouldn't run for you, I have one game that came up as corrupted, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.
