Feedback PS3 Slim not detecting Update

It detects the USB Drive, but not the Update. it is in

/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

Could be the hdd that's the problem. Updates are transferred to dev_hdd1, a 2gb cache.

Plenty of Space on HDD. Just can't detect the Update on the USB

Went into Safe Mode, and apparently the Data is Corrupted (8002F2E4), and I got it from the Actual Website. Is there a Website to get the latest that wont be Corrupted?
