Hacking Ps3 ofw 4.80 model 30004A

Hi, I just bought a ps3 slim 3004 whit latest update.
What I would like to know is how can I start a backup copies.

Cobra model?
If yes, the latest is alway better but you need to open your ps3 and, if i remember right, you have to solder it.

As far as i know, the only way you can use backups is by using cobra ode (there is other one called e3 ode pro, but it's also patched in 4.60 i think)
You shouldn't even bother with 3key, the 3key team are already dead
Even so, you need swap discs if you want to use cobra past 4.55

How it would work Swap?

Basically you just burn some bytes to an empty bluray disc.
When you pick a game, you will be prompted to insert that burned bluray and then insert the original disc back in. There should be sign for you to do it. And that burned bytes are different for each game so you have to burn it everytime you start a new game.
Iirc some games doesn't even need swap disc, so you can try your luck.
This is based on my experience reading other forum that has section mainly for discussing cobra ode so i may be wrong.

As i don't use swap disk, i can't be certain, but the other day i read that some games doesn't need swap disc to be played.
I just realized that you asks for 3004 model, which is the same as mine. You might not need swap disc. But it couldn't hurt to know this right?

Cobra ODE QSV (V5.10B) Is the right choice?
And I also read that you have to soldering further whit swap disc method ?!

Cobra ODE has been patched as well. You have no options at the moment and probably never will.

First of all thank you all for the help.
1- COBRA ODE + DMC & SWAP works fabulously.
2- I confirm. The cobra module is the only way for all the console (2.5k/3k/4k) who want to play online whit backups in 2016.
