It's not a good idea to say the least - going online on CFW is always a risk. If you're going to go online on a modded PS3, you should use a separate account to protect your store-bought content.

It's best to revert back to 3.55 and work from there.
Just so you know, your system can still get banned, no matter which CFW you run.
yes i know if can but i will be getting a new one after Christmas for online so i dont really care if this one gets banned.
i want + more for my vita and to add the ps3 games to my account for when i get my new OFW ps3

Just don't use your "legit account" anymore and you should be fine.
Get + from the PC Sony store and never let it touch your PS3? You should be able to do everything from https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/.
