ROM Hack profesor layton translation

Hi. I am a new in ROM hacking. I would like to translate a Profesor Layton and the Curious Village in polish. What kind of software is necessary? I have got Dsbuff and Ds Lazy to unpack the ROM. There is a lot arc files. How to open them?

Nobody want help me :/ Maybe somebody will answer my questions: Can I translate Professor Layton using Snes Edit? What kind of softwere I should use?

there is a romhacking site named http://www.romhacking.net/ which contains lots of stuff about romhacking. There are also tutorials

But remember, romtranslation is hard work.
