Problems with partition based EMMUC

Hy guys I have a 128gb sd card. I created a partition based Emmc. Then I booted up and everything works fine I can boot the atmosphere custom rom and the stock os. So far so good but now I noticed I only have around 2 gb left on the sad card. I looked the partitions up on the sad card and I noticed there have been 3 partitions made. What can I do to fix this without loosing my emmc backup because if I want to upgrade my sad card I do not have enough space left on the sd card for the backup. Can someone please help me. Or if you need more informations please tell me.

First of all, make a back up of the partitions and all data on the SD card.
Then get a good partition program on a PC to remove the unnecessary partition and make then extend the 'normal' partition with this extra free space.
(Sorry, I only have a Mac and Linux machine so I don't know which PC program you can use).
