Hacking Problems with formatting 64 GB microSDXC Card

So, recently I got a 64 GB microSDXC card to use with my wii u and new 3DS. But I'm having an issue: It can't format to FAT32. I've tried multiple software, but the only options are always either exFAT or NTFS, or if I use FAT32Formatter, I get an error. Is there anything else I can try? Also, I'm using Windows 8, if that's helpful.

yup! It's what I use. It could be a problem with your microsd, but just in case it was the software you were using, try the software I linked.
