ROM Hack Problem witha gateway save file

Is a time full of problem..well, here im again. Anyway i found a save file for Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stone Thunder (EUR). The only problem i can't used on my game becouse is extract whit gateway, so i try the gateway luncher.dat for the browser and try to restore the file but i give me an error.
My question are this two: twhat cause the error? If i is somthing i nedd the cartridge of the gateway, there is a way for convert the file? Normaly i use JKSM for my save file.

P.s: I forgot, the game is on cartridge no .cia
