ROM Hack Problem with rom

I downloaded the rom Love Plus, and I got multiple files:

How do I turn these files into just one nds file so I can patch it?
(I'm talking about all the files with "ind-" in front of them.)

You are gonna kick urself when you read it. It looks like you have winrar as thats the icon it shows so right click a file and select extract here or just double click one of the files

Extract the first file in that list and it should extract all the others at the same time into a full NDS file. The extraction will fail if any pieces are missing or modified though.
