Hacking Problem with Pokemon Alpha Sapphire in Gateway

I have a really annoying problem with this game in my Gateway. When I get to Rustboro City the music disappear and then the game freezes! Am I the only with this problem in Gateway? Any help?

Im using a personal dump of the cartridge that I did it with Gateway (USA region).
