Thank you guys,
I changed my 3DS for the last time, unfortunately all the Black 3DS in their stock have a bad hinge (It makes a very annoying sound when you open/close it, you can hear the damn thing across the room), the Blue one didn't have this problem but they said they will not change it for another color... I know the hinge will broke at some point, but I've no choice, and I want to be finally able to play with my 3DS, I really am tired.

I'm very careful person so hopefully it will last at least 2 years.

Thank you again for your support, hopefully all your 3DS will be in good condition and you'll never face something like that.

How do you if the 3DS has bad pixels? I don't know much about bad pixels as I've never encountered a gadget with such glitch.
Thanks.

On black screen (when a game boot for example) you can notice that is the only pixel which is white , you cannot miss it.

What why? Turn it into Nintendo...

Wait are you sure they are actually dead or are they maybe stuck?
If you get a flashing image on the screen it can unstick them.

I've never had a single dead pixel and I've had 2 ds phats, 3 ds lites, a dsi and now a 3ds... (Never trust young kids with consoles... I learnt the hard way...)

Bad memories from when I sent my DS Lite, they gave me something worse than what I had and I much prefer something new than a refurbished 3DS.

Dead pixels are bad :s My 3DS doesn't have any, but my PSP got 1 dead pixel when I bought it

(it's always red, but it's at the upper left corner, so it's not that annoying.)

If you're sending it to Nintendo, I hope u get a better one this time

Why wont the store let you exchange it for a blue one? That seems really stupid, they cost the same price and have the exact same contents...
