Gaming Problem with joystick - PS TV

My joystick's leds are flashing but the console doesn't recognise it

Probably the PS TV isn't compatible with the controller.

Its cause the controller is wired only, PS3 controller connection on the PSTV requires Bluetooth, it only uses USB to Pair/Charge, actually it might even be only for charging

Ohh, wired, didn't see that.
But still be careful with 3rd party controllers. Some might not work with it. Google before buying controllers.
