Hacking Problem when I tried to install ar9

Hi, I followed a tutorial to install ar9 loader hax, the thing is I downgraded my new 3ds XL USA succefully to 2.1, then I went to the url to activate the hax, but my 3ds froze and then It turned off, now when I try to turn it on, the blue led just lights up for a moment and then it shuts down, I tried taking the sd card off, taking the battery off, but nothing work, can someone help me please?.

You installed A9LH. Get the arm9loaderhax.bin for hourglass9 and restore your 9.2 or 11.0 NAND backup. Then setup Luma3DS.

Thanks for the help, I freaked out when my 3ds shut down, but everything went smoothly, now I have arm9 installed with luma 3ds, thanks again!!!
