Hacking Problem when booting a certain NTSC Game for Wii

I have yet another problem.
I recently Burned a Game For wii called, New Super Mario Bros which was a Compressed and "Unpatched"iso
The region of the game was NTSC. All of the NTSC game worked fine when i boot them up
I go to Neogamma(R8 IOS249(REV17)) and when it boots up it says, "Disc Could not be read. Refer to you Wii manuals."
Can anybody help me with this Problem?Thanks.

Sounds like you haven't got the needed patches on your sd card. Download the latest NeoGamma R9 Beta 38 and copy the NeoGamma folder in the root of your sd card.
