Homebrew Problem save 3ds

Hello , I have a problem , I would like to take my save monster hunter generations (just 1 user ) in my Old3ds for put my save in my old3ds XL (both MHgenerations is in CIA not cartridge) , but when I use savedatafiler it say "broken" and when I use JK'save manager it say "couldn't open savearch" . Can you help me please?

Have you actually saved in Monster Hunter yet? I get that same error if I don't create a save yet with games like Pokemon. It will only backup if you create a save in the first place.

I have actually 2 user in MH generations so I created save but it say couldn't open savearch....
Someone else ?
