Problem remote ps4

Hello I have a problem with my usb ports of a ps4 slim


The controller is not detecting at all, here’s what I’ve already tried:

Wired joystick in safe mode and normal boot

Official joystick in safe mode and normal boot

The usb ports deliver power because my controllers display an orange light when connected.


My cable is good because on another ps4 the controller syncs well.


If you have any ideas .

Have you tested a second controller with the effected slim? Also it’s been noted that while jail breaking don’t have anything plugged into the ps4 usbs beside the usb for jail break method then remove then plug in your controller. Some individuals (very low) have had their ps4 controller being corrupted and unusable. You may need to reflash controller or use the reset button on the back side.
