Hacking Problem Installing arm9loaderhax

As the title states, I'm at this part of the tutorial and I've run into a problem.

After going to the website listed, my screen froze(nothing on my screen changed), but I went ahead and pressed select anyway since I assumed it glitched. Now when I went to check my aml9 folder the otp.bin didn't install. Can anyone help me out with this? Should I just skip the otp.bin step and keep going or what?

So where exactly IS you otp.bin? Might be useful to put that in the corresponding folder. Double check your payloads aswell, incase you're missing one or two.
Check each folder has it's correct files also.

Oh sorry, I meant that the otp.bin itself didn't download. I checked my folders and I didn't see the file anywhere

try it again. if it glitches again hit select and wait a little then check the a9lh folder

Double check you have all the files in the right places. If you can't find the problem, put screenshots here so we can find it.
