Hacking Priiloader region free everything help required

Hi all,

I have a wii on 4.1e and need assistance to install the hack region free everything.
Priiloder is already installed but not that hack.
Can someone please assist me?

i think its to do with the hacks_hash.ini file , maybe needs updateing , but id wait for a fuller answer from someone who fully understands.

It does but how do i update it and where do i get the info from.
