Tona's Any Title Deleter works as a bootable dol with Preloader. I think this could prove quite useful as a rescue option....

the 33% come from the fact that when it got released three people tried it and one got fully bricked (crediar's Wii) which until today didn't happen again.
so the actual brickrate might be around 1% or so

, even in the case that you can't load your systemmenu I wouldn't consider it a brick.

no its not possible, mainly because its trying to patch .....well nothing, the system menu never gets loaded in the 1st place for it to patch something, also i dont think it loads because no IOS is running
