Hacking Preloader good

hi guys
ive got a few questions i have seARCHED BUT CANT FIND THE ANSWERS SORRY

1. Will preloader 0.26 alllow me to play any region VC/wiiware games
2. Can you get the wii to just boot normal (preloader running) - ie shows health screen than a button to main page or is preloader always the start page
3. i have wii-system-menu-update-PAL-v290.iso what do i have to do to this so have the option to remove preloader
i have remove hacks.dol but have read i need systemmenu
im on 3.2e

Either check the preloader 0.25 and/or 0.26 thread and you'll find your answers there. All of your questions have been answered there. I don't think you REALLY searched.

do i have to change wii-system-menu-update-PAL-v290.iso
to wii-system-menu-update-PAL-v290.WAD or will it just run through wad mamanger

download the wad version, or extract it using wiiscrubber (search for guides).
