Hacking preloader 0.29

My hacks.ini for preloader 0.29 doesn't seem to be working on my 4.0U wii. I put on region free sd card channels but when i try to play a Japan wii ware title or virtual console the wii displays a black screen saying this channel cannot be used. Is there a hacks.ini that has the region free sd card channels working?

just download Free The Wads http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=87778 and make the wiiware,VC channel in question region free or patched to your region

i have had to do it even WITH the preloader region hacks on B4
