Hacking pre flashed acekard2i

does anybody know a site where i can buy a pre flashed acekard 2i for less than 30 bucks
ive been lookin at this site but im not sure if there acekards are preflashed or not

theres no way to check so just borrow a ds from a friend to flash it or buy an m3i zero or supercard ds onei because those dont need another ds to flash
