what does it mean by standalone?? and how would i play games on this?? i aint seen any games in it. im confused.

Standalone means that it is an emulator by itself versus it being combined with Retroarch. You would play games the same way put your games inside your PSP ISO/CSO Folder.

the file doesnt need to be cso to use it??

May as well use lowest compression CSO since it's rarely more than a few MB smaller than highest compression.

You need a game in the ISO/CSO format. Please check the official site for more information: https://www.ppsspp.org/guides.html
ok so i dont need to conver iso to cso??

No, you could though, to save some space. Just put the ISO files into the ISO folder, and they should appear. Btw, what games are you trying to emulate? Some might not work very well, so keep that in mind!

its known, no way to get around that, probably savestate later in the game will do the job but im not sure and maybe it still will crash at loading levels
Dang that sucks especially since I don’t know what I did differently but I was able to watch the opening cutscenes full speed with no crashing and then the next day it was back to being buggy

some cso format crash test cso/iso which is better in games then delete what bad format and keep good format also i use pbp format too :)

Actually there are cheat codes for getting around the crashes, but it looks like they are no longer needed. The version released today has finally fixed the crashes so you might want to try again.

Nice! is there a changelog somewhere?
