So this is an issue I've been having with the PawaPota games (PawaPota 1, 2, 3 and 4) on PPSSPP 1.13.2, I have no idea if this is a problem with the game or the emulator; when texture dumping is turned on, 2D sprites come out as green shapes with transparent parts where the sprite would be, the textures on 3D models come out fine for whatever reason. This problem doesn't happen on the PSP ports of PawaPuro 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Can anyone maybe tell me why this could be happening? Thank you. Below is a picture of PawaPota 4's dumped texture folder.

Sorry for the late response. I just checked out Revision v1.13.2-1768-g028b93a9a (The latest build as of this post). Not only am I still having having green stencils problem, the games look messed up as well. I Thought it was because I got the newest build, so I downgraded to an older build (v1.13.2-1748-ge97d5498c) and I still had the problem(s) described above. Should have I gotten a certain build? Thanks.

This is one of the green stencils that PPSSPP spits out (for reference)

This is a screenshot PawaPota 2, the background should not be red:

This is a screenshot PawaPota 3, note the weird discoloration on the text and the sign Pawapuro-kun is holding up.

Made a github account and filed an issue on the PPSSPP github page. Thanks for the advice.

Update: Here's the GitHub issue: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/16331
I was able to figure out why the emulator gave me green stencils. Turns out the sprites are in the green stencils and are simply transparent, you have to change the alpha channel to be visible.

I use paint.net as my main image editor, so I used a plugin to reveal the sprites. It's called BoltBait's Transparency v5.2.
Left is the sprite after the alpha was changed to be visible, right was the base image after it was dumped.
