The Video Game History Foundation discovered another hidden game.
After NBA Jam and NFL Blitz, Midway had been working on a baseball game in the Jam lineage behind the scenes.
It was a collaboration between NBA Jam creator Midway Games and Golden Tee Golf creator Incredible Technologies, attempting to combine the best of both worlds.
Cabinets were made and put out for test briefly in the Chicago area before the game was quietly canceled.
Late game developer Chris Oberth, who unfortunately passed away in 2012 had a beta build of Power-Up Baseball in his archive deposit.
The game was never “finished,” it was canceled before it went into full production, so technically there is no final version of the game.

To me it just looks like every other baseball game that was out around that time. I don't really see anything special about it. And I found it super annoying the way the batter looks at the screen when they swing and miss.
