Hacking Potential risks of not using emunand on a banned switch

Switch is banned and I want to migrate to sysnand.
(I also accidentally created 2 emummcs so yeah so I must format)

No risks because you're banned anyway.
Personally I only see advantages.
The sysnand is significantly faster than my SD card.
But do make a backup of the sysnand just in case.

Yea if you are 100% sure you already banned, then there is really no reason to use a EmuNand.
