I've got something coming from DHL tomorrow.

Tracking is a little strange, it's 1 order, apparently made up of 2 parcels. Both were apparently in London, at 16:40 on the 29th, only for the next update around an hour later, to show a single parcel in Brussels.

Guess I'll see what actually turns up tomorrow

My parcel was delivered through a third party courier service as the DHL driver lied.

He was out of London within minutes after "attempting" the delivery.
According to customer services, they tracked him and he lied about the attempted delivery. Hence they offered guaranteed evening delivery through another courier.

I hope he loses his job or at least some sort of punishment.

Yeah. It came on time & was both parcels.

The tracking makes no sense though. It goes London, both parcels, then a single parcel in brussels, before both parcels were back on the van & out for delivery .

Lol at least you got them.

I seem to have the worst luck with these courier companies.
Still no major issues with DPD. But my neighbours have had a lot of trouble with them. Lost my faith in any of these companies.


Specifically UPS. Yet to actually have an item be delivered from them. I always end up going to depot to collect because of their lying bastard drivers.

Just to add to my frustrations... Amazon Logistics failed to deliver my item. They know for the fact that the items are lost and yet refuse to place a replacement order or refund until a few days have passed..
