for a gctu i use jgecko u. you can activate cheats you want, click on export gctu, then enter the title id (there is also a title id database link) and the give it to SD:\codes\

Which version of the game you have?
I tried the cheats using JGeckoU, TCPGecko homebrew with the CosmoCorteney's codehandler and all work.
Please note that I have the PAL version of the game.
Please also note that that JGeckoU will throw lots of exceptions (apparently because it can't fetch the game code) and also when you add and enable the cheats will throw lots of exceptions but loading the selected codes will work anyway.

Please, let me know if you still have problems.

I was wondering: is there a place in which to post the cheats we make for games like we used to have for the Wii (GeckoCodes - WiiRD)?
Having all of the games in one topic in this forum doesn't really help.... and it's confusing.

If you want to learn how to make your own codes, if you go to the first page of this thread. It has a list of everything you need. Jgecko U is what is needed to start making your own codes. Bulliwiiplaza's universal pointer searcher to find the pointers needed. A few other things as well. Tcpgecko.elf, this handles the talking to between the wii u and the computer. A computer as well with java 8 or higher and a internet connection between the two, I always used just wifi instead of using a ethernet cord. But on the first page, it explains everything and there are a ton of tutorials that can help you get started.

You've got it attached to the game. Its been a long time since I have done this. I don't even have a Wii U anymore to test this. I think there's a tutorial on here. Give me a few and I'll see if I can find it.

I can't seem to find the tutorial. But if you do a search, the value is either going to be what you see on the screen or it's going to be in hex. If you search for hex calculator in google it will be the first thing that pops up. Just do a search for the amount of ammo in your reserves, shoot the gun, then do another search for the new value. Then continue doing that until you get just a couple of addresses. Poke them one at a time and see if the value changes.

I get thousands of results on the amount of ammo as value search. I can't refresh for current values, it can only refresh 100 results at max. this was difficult.
